The Importance of Exercise

Did you know that getting in shape can make your pregnancy and delivery easier? Exercise does wonders during pregnancy. Not only does it help to reduce pregnancy aches and pains, but it also boosts mood and makes it much easier to get back in shape after your baby is born. Aim for 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days. Walking, swimming, dancing, or joining a prenatal exercise class are all great ways to work out. Keep in mind that you need to approach working out with extra caution and make sure your activities don't put your baby at risk.
